American Mold Experts has local crews in two regions, the Midwest and Southwest Florida, and travels for mycotoxin and complex projects anywhere in the United States. Every location works the same way: test first, contain the work, remove what can’t be saved, clean the air and prove the result with clearance testing.

Midwest

Our Midwest team works out of our office in Avon, Indiana, on the west side of the Indianapolis metro. All of our Midwest projects are served from this office.

Midwest homes give mold plenty of openings: basements, crawlspaces and attics, humid summers, freeze-thaw winters and heavy spring rain. Southwest Florida

Our Southwest Florida team serves Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and the surrounding communities. Year-round humidity, air conditioning that runs most of the year and storm-driven water intrusion make mold and mycotoxins a constant concern in Gulf Coast homes, and we bring the same careful, lab-verified approach we use in the Midwest. In Florida, testing and clearance are handled by an independent licensed mold assessor, the way state law separates the two jobs, so the company removing the mold never grades its own work.

We travel for mycotoxin remediation, homes where someone is dealing with mold illness, and second opinions after a remediation that didn’t work. • A written plan that lists what will be removed and what will be cleaned in place
• Sealed containment with negative air pressure
• Plant-based enzyme treatment and HEPA cleaning
• Clearance testing, with a lab report you keep and can share with your doctor
