These terms cover text messages from American Mold Experts. By checking the text message box on our website, you agree to them.

What we text you about

When you opt in, we send text messages about your request: your Home Mold Risk Check, your free phone consultation, scheduling and appointment reminders, and follow-up questions about your home. We don’t send marketing text messages unless you give separate permission for them.

How often, and what it costs

Message frequency varies with your request, usually a few messages per request. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You’ll get one message confirming that you’ve been unsubscribed, and no more after that. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (833) 772-6653 or email info@americanmoldexperts.com.

Consent is optional

You don’t have to agree to text messages to get your Home Mold Risk Check results, a consultation or any of our services. You can always reach us by phone or email instead.

Your privacy

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
