MTR94 is a breakthrough new technology in mold removal and cleaning which simply makes other methods of mold removal obsolete. How does MTR94 work?

Baby food, fruit juices and food processing all use enzymes. Enzymes in meat tenderizers break down proteins, making the meat easier to chew. You can even buy enzymes in the vitamin section of your local store used to enhance your digestion. Those of you that wear contact lens use enzymes in your contact solution to clean and remove proteins. Even the new bio fuel research uses enzymes.
Enzymes are proteins that speed up chemical reactions. If you leave a blob of protein in a Petri dish, will it just break down to the amino acids? No. But add enzymes. Enzymes are the biological substance (proteins) that act as catalysts and help complex reactions occur everywhere in life.
MTR94 enzyme works similar to all these other enzymes you are familiar with. Our cleaning solution creates a chemical reaction that destroys the mold. MTR94 is applied as a fog that seeks out and attacks mold by breaking down and digesting the mold. 
Is MTR94 safe?
MTR94 is not a chemical – it is a naturally-occurring enzyme formulation. It is breathable, even edible, and not environmentally hazardous, flammable, or dangerous in any way. A volatile organic compound (VOC) test performed by OSHA showed the product to be safe for humans and pets. This environmentally-friendly, green solution is gaining favor as the natural choice.
Where did MTR94 come From?
MTR94 is still a very new product and was developed by a manufacturer that specializes in medical industry for bio-remediation using natural enzymes specifically in cleaning surgical equipment. Enzyme cleaning agents were further developed for food & restaurant industry. Later in 2004 they began testing enzymes blends for mold remediation with superior results leading to the release and approval for commercial mold remediation. The product known as MTR94 is used & available with a select few companies with certified staffs. For this reason, MTR94 remains rather exclusive.
At this point, American Mold Experts is the only mold remediation company that can use the MTR94 enzyme in the Midwest. 
How does MTR94 compare to other remediation methods?
Cleaning and removing mold manually is time-consuming, expensive, and often very unhealthy. If done incorrectly, the remediation process can actually exacerbate the mold problem by spreading around the mold rather than improving the situation. When mold-contaminated materials are disturbed they can release 10 to 1000 times more spores which can be inhaled by the workers and spread the mold to new locations. Walls may need to be torn down and carpet may be torn up to access the mold – and there is no guarantee that all of the mold will be found and removed with traditional methods. Opening moldy wall cavities can release millions of mold spores. Moldy materials are usually unsalvageable and must be disposed of properly in plastic bags and replaced. Disinfecting chemicals and biocides can be even more toxic than mold if not handled carefully and chemical residue can remain after the mold is removed. This process can take weeks to manually remove all of the mold.
