Inspection
We provide location assessment and inspection that includes examination of the property grounds, building exterior, crawl space, attic, and interiors. We assess the property for mold contamination and as important the cause of that contamination. Our reports will include steps to cure current problems and to prevent future problems. Testing
If you request we can run a variety of tests to assess the level of contamination. Based on the problem and location we might use a tape test, swab or air sampling test. Each will help to determine the level of contamination, type of mold and varying counts by area. We compare this analysis against the outside counts to determine the saturation level affecting the interior. Each sample taken follows a chain of custody to the independent national lab. They provide us a full assessment report which you will receive a copy. The turn-a-round time for test results is typically three (3) business days.
Remediation
Our treatment uses MTR94 enzyme to seek out and destroy mold and toxic black mold within hours. MTR94 is 100% natural and organic enzyme that simply cleans and biodegrades the mold, safely and effectively. We pre treat heavily affected areas and then use professional fogging equipment to clean the air and surrounding surfaces of mold and black mold spores. Our enzyme is so effective it isn't necessary to tear up carpet and rip down walls. Once the mold is gone, MTR94 leaves behind only a fresh scent. Because the enzyme cleaner does most of the work so you don't have to, this process is the least expensive means of mold removal. It is safer, faster, and less expensive method of mold removal than anything else available today.
